Lech ist ein Kohlrabi für den Freilandanbau im (Früh-) Sommer und Herbst. Die standfeste Pflanze entwickelt flachrunde, glatte Knollen, die aufgrund des aufrecht wachsenden Laubs einfach und schnell zu ernten sind. Die Sorte ist zuverlässig und anpassungsfähig auch auf unterschiedlichen Standorten und gekennzeichnet durch ein gutes Erntefenster und gute Feldhaltbarkeit.
